GUJWOOL S-SERIES (Silica Fibre Needle Mat)
A high-temperature nonwoven insulation material manufactured by mechanically bonding silica fibres into a uniform, binder-free structure. This process creates a strong, flexible, and dimensionally stable insulation blanket without the use of chemical binders.
Standard silica fibre needle mats generally contains 80% SiO₂, providing an optimal balance between high-temperature resistance and cost efficiency.

- Better resistance to corrosion, particularly when exposed to water or highly alkaline environments.
- Higher heat resistance, allowing it to maintain structural integrity at temperatures where E-glass might begin to fail.
